How Not To Get A Job: Man Caught Lip Syncing As Another Person Speaks In Skype Interview
New Straits Times

Bro, this is not 'I Can See Your Voice'.

Some people would do anything to land a job.

But somehow, this man thought he could really do anything to get what he wanted.

A man in India lip synced to another person's voice in an interview to sound intelligent when answering questions posed by an interviewer!

Did he really think he could get away with it?
According to a report in New Straits Times, the video of the Skype interview was published in 2017 but went viral again out of the blue.

In the video, the man was seen answering questions, but his lip movements betrayed him. It was not in time with the words heard.

In fact, in some parts of the video, he stopped talking but the ‘voice’ rambled on.

The act however, did not fool the interviewer.

“Man, hold on hold on. I think it's not you who is speaking, someone else is speaking here and you're just lip syncing,” said the interviewer.

The man who didn’t even look embarrassed when caught in the act, simply scratched his nose in response.

“I caught you... I already told you that it's not the position where someone comes and gives you a task and you get on with it, it's a very senior level position where you need to manage.”

“I'm sorry, you're not going to continue this interview process,” the recruiter said.

“Going forward, I suggest you not (do) this. I mean, you need to be very formal, at least practise before you take the interview for these kinds of things.

“I clearly caught you, you're also speaking in a really low voice, speaking with your lips, okay. I'm sorry about that, thank you,” the interviewer continued.

How embarassing!

Unless you're applying for a job at 'I Can See Your Voice', please don't ever try this at home, or work, for that matter.
