Are you guys excited?!

Ask anyone where Ultraman is from, and straight off the bat they’ll answer Japan.

But did you know that Malaysia also has its very own version of Ultraman?

Back in 2015, Ultraman Ribut (a.k.a Ultraman Storm) was introduced in the ‘Upin & Ipin’ TV series.

The localised version of Ultraman was produced by animation studio Les’ Copaque Productions and the 'Ultraman' franchise owner, Tsuburaya Productions.

This was one awesome crossover.
Well, after getting his 15 seconds of fame on ‘Upin & Ipin’, Ultraman Ribut is set to make his official debut in a live-action web series on YouTube.

According to Kakuchopurei.com, Ultraman Ribut will appear on ‘Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Heroes’, which will premiere on 29 September 2019 on the official Ultraman YouTube channel.

There will be a total of 13 episodes, with each being five minutes long. The show will be airing every Sunday.

Don’t worry about language barrier because a Japanese and English audio option will be made available for every episode.

You can watch the trailer below:

It’s not too long until the show premieres, so let the countdown begin!
