A man dressed as every kid's favourite superhero was recently nabbed by Melaka Immigration Department officers
because he had reportedly abused his tourist visa.
According to a report in New Straits Times
, checks conducted by the authorities on the Bangladesh national found that he carried false documents.
Melaka Immigration Department director Mohd Fauzi Abdullah said the 38-year-old man dressed as Spider-Man and charged children and tourists who wanted to be photographed with him for a fee of RM5.
"It is understood that he previously had an employer but is now moving on his own.
"This man will go to tourist spots to look for kids and will only be at a certain location for a short time," he said.
The man is being investigated under Section 15(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1958/63 for overstaying.
So, don't believe everything you see, even in person!
