Uhmm, what do you think, guys?


You’ve probably seen plenty of durian spin-offs over the years. From durian cendol, durian pizza, durian coffee, to durian crepe, the possibilities are endless.

But if there’s one thing we never saw coming is… durian burger.

Yes guys, actual Musang King durian sandwiched between two fluffy buns - it's a real thing! 

You can find this ghastly/amazing (depending on how you feel) creation at Ric’s Burger in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

They claim to be "the first in Malaysia" to introduce the burger, and we're inclined to agree. 

Uhmm, it's a no from us.
The patty for the burger that’ll definitely get your head (and nose) turning is apparently made using Musang King durian, mozzarella cheese, and butter.

After the patty is coated with eggs and breadcrumbs, it is then fried and topped with melted cheese and durian.

Cheese and durian? Suddenly we don’t feel so good, Mr. Stark.

Each burger will set you back RM25.90, which makes sense because Musang King isn’t that cheap.
