Apple Wants To Plaster The Photos You Take On Billboards Around The World
Are you one of those aspiring photographers who prefer taking pictures with your phones because you feel that your mobile device is good enough to produce an award-winning photograph?

Well, here's your chance to prove yourself worthy of being called a professional phonetographer!

Apple wants to celebrate the best photographs captured on arguably one of the most popular phones in the world, the iPhone, in an exciting challenge.

Your photo could be displayed up there.
The 'Shot on iPhone Challenge' welcomes any iPhone user (sorry, Android fans), to submit your best pictures shot exclusively with your priced possession.

According to Apple, this competition that is happening from now until 7 February (11.59pm PST) will see a panel of judges to review submissions from all over the world.

At the end of the challenge, 10 winning photographs will be selected and blasted out on Apple billhoards in select cities, retail stores and online!

Imagine seeing your photo featured around the world and web! You can put that in your resume.

All you have to do is take a photo with your iPhone (duh) and post your best shot on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #ShotoniPhone. Just be sure to mention which model you used in the caption. It's that simple!

The pictures can either be directly taken from the camera, edited using Apple's editing tools in 'Photos' or with a third-party software.

If you're not too confident about posting your photos in public or on social media, because your profile needs to be made public for you to participate, you can also choose to submit your photo in the highest resolution to shotoniphone@apple.com. Name the file in this format: firstname_lastname_iphonemodel.

The winners will be notified on 26 February 2019.

This challenge is only open to those 18 years old and above. So, kids and teens, ask your older siblings or parents to help you out because you shouldn't be denied of your talent too!

If you need some inspiration for the challenge, here are some stunning #ShotoniPhone posts we found on Instagram to get you started:
