But this baker takes her craft to the next level by applying precision that rivals a mathematician.
Lauren Ko is a self-taught baker
who is currently residing in Seattle, Washington.
She has a thing for pies.
Rather than creating this typical comfort food that is delicious on the inside but just basic on the outside, she uses her pies as a canvas for some of the prettiest geometric patterns
you'll ever see on pastry.
You'll get lost just scrolling through her Instagram feed
alone. No wonder she managed to attract more than 160,000 followers within six months!
