fans often get excited the moment they hear the movie’s iconic soundtrack. If you’re one of those fans, you’re in for a treat because there’s an entire symphony orchestra performing the music score from the whole movie.
And for the first time ever, Malaysians will get a chance to experience this live!
As one of the world’s most loved franchises in the history of the movie industry, the Selangor Symphony Orchestra will perform every note to picture without missing a single beat from the first instalment, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
. The audience will also enjoy visuals from the movie on a 40-foot high definition (HD) screen.
This concert is part of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series, which is a joint collaboration between CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products. The series started as a global tour in June last year and will be touring more than 35 countries around the world.
According to Justin Freer, President of CineConcerts and Producer-cum-Conductor of the Harry Potter Film Concert Series: "The Harry Potter film series is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomenon that continues to delight millions of fans around the world.
“It is with great pleasure that we introduce for the first time ever an opportunity to experience the award-winning music scores played live by a symphony orchestra, all while the beloved film is simultaneously projected onto the big screen,” he was quoted as saying by TicketPro
